Dr. Darrell Gillespie is a distinguished leader in both faith and community service. As the founder and Senior Pastor of Proverbs Christian Fellowship Church in North Minneapolis, he has been a cornerstone of spiritual guidance and community outreach. Inaddition, Dr. Gillespie serves as the Head of Family Ministry at Hope Academy in South Minneapolis, where he plays a pivotal role in fostering family engagement and support. His academic journey includes a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Millikin University, a Master of Arts in Psychological Counseling from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, and a Master of Divinity from Luther Seminary. In 2023, he earned a Doctor of Ministry in Black Church Leadership from United Theological Seminary.
