I was born and raised in the Rondo Community of Saint Paul Mn, Damone J Presley Sr, I am Founder and Director of Vision In Living Life (VILL) “Change is Possible”, Leadership program that has a Building Healthy Lifestyles component with a six lesson curriculum I developed that works with youth. Currently work with Twin Cities Recovery Project Youth program ROC coordinator. I am PCRS-FE and Commercial Tobacco Specialist. I have a duel certification as health educator of St. Paul Red Cross Chapter. Commercial Tobacco Specialist invovled in public policy work around community ordiances that are related to the tobacco industry targeting communities of color. I am very passionate about making my community and other communities a safer and healthier place to live. I have seen many changes in the MPLS/St. Paul Communities, during my lifetime.Youth Leadership has been my passion for the last 22yrs of service building on thier future for are youth that the challenges they may face their progress and accomplishments can be made. I believe to Strive, Thrive, and Prosper. I am a Public Speaker, Mentor, and Advocate for my community on issues that bring residents to the table to use their voices to better their community. I have worked with the MPLS Urban League, Amicus , African American AIDS Task force, and Breaking Free, House Manager several treatment Housing facilities, Community Caring for Children as consultant Prevent Child Abuse of Children, NuWay CD Tech manager, Ramsey Co.Case Manager youth auto theft prevention, I also serve on Racial Health and Equity and MSFG Coalition
